After selecting the color and size, you will have the choice of adding a custom embroidery by submitting an online form at ecoattire.us/custom-design. We also accommodate special requests through email.

Since custom items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on customized products. However, if there is an issue with the quality or craftsmanship, please contact our customer service team.

Standard shipping typically delivers within 3-5 business days. For orders with custom embroidery, please allow an additional 4-7 days for processing before your order is dispatched for shipping. The total time for receiving your order should be within 7-12 days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
